Most consulting firms hide their engagement structure behind "contact us for a custom quote." We'd rather be transparent. Here are the two engagement models, what each includes, and what to expect in terms of pricing structure, timeline, and commitment level.
For defined projects with clear objectives: data platform modernization, AI implementation, cloud migration, enterprise application strategy. You get a team assembled for your specific challenge, with architecture leadership, delivery accountability, and milestone-based progress.
For client delivery projects where you need specific specialists: Fabric architects, LLM engineers, Power BI developers, Salesforce consultants. You get pre-qualified profiles in 4.3 days, deploy on your timeline, and scale as the project evolves.
Many clients start with one model and add the other. An enterprise starts with a data platform consulting engagement, then places additional specialists via T&M as the project scales. An IT services company starts with talent placements, then engages Xylity for a consulting project with their own end client. Both models coexist.
All engagements include NDA and IP assignment provisions. For consulting engagements, all deliverables and IP belong to you. For talent placements, specialists work under your direction — Xylity has no claim on the work product. Standard MSA covers both models.
If a specialist isn't meeting expectations, we don't argue — we replace. From the same pre-qualified network, using the same 4-stage evaluation, typically within 3-5 days. The delivery manager monitors proactively so replacements are rare (92% first-match acceptance), but the safety net is always there.
20 minutes. No pitch deck. Just a candid discussion about your challenge and which engagement model makes sense. If there's no fit, we'll tell you — and recommend who might be better.
